Headaches & Neck Pain
Common neck conditions treated by Physiotherapists include whiplash, headaches, and posture-related neck pain.
Shoulder & Limb Conditions
Physiotherapy can help with frozen shoulder, rotator cuff related shoulder pain, shoulder instability, tennis/ golfers’ elbow, recovery from fractures such as collar bones, wrists, fingers as well as strains and sprains. We are currently part of an ACC pilot study looking at the most effective way to treat a variety of shoulder injuries.
Lower Back & Spinal Injuries
Disc injuries, arthritis, inflammatory conditions, and postural back pain. We are currently part of an ACC pilot study looking at the most effective way to treat a variety of spinal injuries.

Common conditions include osteoarthritis, femoral acetabular impingement, hip dysplasia, bursitis, post hip replacement strengthening and muscle strains.
Knee Pain
Physiotherapy can help with ligament and meniscus tears, patellofemoral pain, fractures, and osteoarthritis and we are currently part of a number of pilot studies looking at the most effective way to treat a variety of knee injuries.
Foot & Ankle Injuries
Calf strains, achilles tendon injuries, ankle sprains, leg/ankle/foot fractures, plantar fasciitis & biomechanical issues. We are currently part of an ACC pilot study looking at the most effective way to treat a variety of ankle/foot injuries.
