Emma had such a great experience with the West Coast community whilst studying in her final year of her Bachelor’s, that we enticed her to join the team in 2023. Emma is continuing study to become a ‘rural generalist’. Growing up in Te Anau, Emma already has insight regarding rural health challenges with access to healthcare and strives to provide and facilitate the best treatment for her patients. Emma is well immersed in all that the coast has to offer and is also training for her private pilot’s licence so often has a birds-eye view of the clinic.
