Sally founded West Coast Physiotherapy over 13 years ago and leads a dedicated
team committed to improving musculoskeletal health across the region. With over 20
years of clinical experience in private practice, she brings a wealth of knowledge and
expertise to her role.
Sally holds a Master’s degree in Manipulative Therapy, with her research focusing on
lumbar spine instability. She has a strong background in high-performance sport,
having worked with Snow Sports NZ and the Winter Performance Programme. Her
work supported elite athletes—including the NZ Skeleton Racing Team and the NZ
Freestyle Ski and Snowboard Team—ultimately leading to her role as a
Physiotherapist with the New Zealand team at the 2014 Winter Olympics.
Passionate about helping West Coast communities stay active and injury-free, Sally
blends evidence-based care with a deep understanding of performance and
rehabilitation.
Outside the clinic, she’s most often found in a helmet—taking part in adventure
racing, running, cycling, kayaking or exploring the outdoors.
